Plans & limits

Globatics Cloud has four plans. The live globe, the live feed, the online counters and the core reports are on every plan, Free included, for good. Paid plans add the live moments, the depth and the platform, and raise the limits. Prices are on Pricing; this page explains how each limit works.

The plans#

Prices exclude VAT. Yearly billing costs ten months instead of twelve.

What each plan unlocks#

Free: the live globe, the live feed and online counters; overview, pages, sources, locations, devices and events; goals, annotations and the install check.

Each paid plan includes everything in the plan before it, plus:

A locked feature stays visible in the app: it shows your real data blurred, says which plan includes it and links to the upgrade. Public share links show the features of the site owner’s current plan.

The 14-day trial#

• A new account runs on Pro for 14 days. No card is asked for, so nothing can be charged when it ends.
• One trial per e-mail address: an account created with an address that already had one (even on an account since deleted) starts on Free. Addresses are compared after lowercasing (for Gmail, also without dots and +tags).
• The app tells you before the trial ends. Choose a plan at any time, during the trial or after it.
• On day 15 the account moves to Free on its own. Sites, settings and data stay; features above Free lock, and reports show the last 30 days.

Events quota#

The quota counts pageviews and custom events across all the sites you own, per calendar month in UTC. Bots we filter out don’t count. Usage resets on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC.

Overage is never billed: your invoice only changes when you change plans.

History and downgrades#

Reports reach back as far as your plan’s history: 30 days on Free, 1 year on Starter, 25 months on Pro, 25 months on Business. Older periods invite you to upgrade to see them. Downgrading, cancelling or ending the trial never deletes data: upgrade again and the older data is there, within the retention set for each site (Settings → General). Only deleting a site or your account deletes its data.

Sites, goals, funnels and alerts#

Creating a site, goal, funnel or alert rule beyond your plan’s limit is refused with a message that names the plan that allows it; the API answers 402 with the code plan_limit (and plan_required for a feature your plan doesn’t include). Nothing you already have is removed when you move to a smaller plan.

Founders licence#

Pro for the life of the service, for €299 paid once, one per customer. There are 100 licences in total; when they are sold, the offer closes for good. “Lifetime” means for as long as Globatics Cloud runs; if it ever closes, you get a full export and the self-hosted app stays free. Billing, VAT and cancellation#

• Polar (polar.sh) is our merchant of record: it runs the checkout, issues invoices and adds VAT where it applies. Manage payment methods and invoices from Plan & usage.
• Upgrades apply at once; Polar prorates every change.
• Cancel in a few clicks: the plan runs to the end of the paid period, then the account moves to Free with its data.
• 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, Founders included. Consumers keep their 14-day right of withdrawal.
