Globatics vs Shopify Live View
Shopify Live View set the mainstream expectation for a live globe: visitors right now, sales since midnight, a 10-minute cart funnel, a Maximize mode and a Streamer mode. It is built into Shopify and needs no setup. You can hover a dot, but not follow a visitor or replay the day, and Shopify documents that unresolved US locations land at 38°N 97°W and that delays can last 1 to 2 hours at peak. Globatics works on any stack and makes the globe interactive.
Choose Shopify Live View if

Switching from Shopify Live View
- Add the tracker to your theme’s layout and send purchases with a revenue value from the order status page.
- Keep Live View for order totals; use Globatics for the visitors behind them.
